Cancellation Policy

I understand that sometimes things come up in life and you may need to cancel a session or class once you have signed up, and I hope you understand that I may retain payment in cases of no-shows and late cancellations as that time will not be able to be filled by another person. You can always reach out to me to explain circumstances.

Individual Sessions
There is not charge if you cancel your one-on-one session at least 4 hours before your scheduled appointment. Cancellations made within 4 hours of the session will be charged/not refunded.

Group Sessions
For group sessions, you must cancel at least 2 hours before the scheduled start time or you will be charged/not refunded.

Workshops & Events
For workshops and events, you must cancel at least 24 hours prior to the start of the event or you will be charged/not refunded.
